Introducing the most powerful and efficient blast chiller on the market. The MultiFresh® Next offers a complete range of functionalities to customize your blast chiller. Everything is configurable to create equipment tailored to the specific requirements of your kitchen. MultiFresh® Next generates more power with less environmental impact by using propane, an eco-friendly gas optimizing energy efficiency and guaranteeing quicker chilling and freezing cycles. Simplify your workflow by programming tasks and controlling them remotely. New compressors, fans and condensers guarantee improved performance with extremely low noise emissions, putting performance first with high-power and high-speed chilling and freezing.

Part of the HURRiCHiLL line, the AP20-XL is a 200-pound-capacity self-contained modular roll-in blast chiller/shock freezer. The blast chiller comes precharged and has refrigeration and electrical quick connects for easy assembly or service. It can accept any common combi cart or rack through its large door and interior. Operators control the unit via a 7-inch touch screen.

Thermo-Kool reach-in blast chillers/shock freezers can process up to 125 pounds per cycle using only a single phase, single point electrical connection. The units use self-contained refrigeration and do not require a remote compressor. The TK10-2 and TK20-2 models have an optional thaw cycle which eliminates the need for a separate thaw system thus saving valuable floor space and ensuring the product is safely ready when needed. The units come preprogrammed with two chill cycles and a shock freeze cycle that allows the kitchen staff to process any food without risking damage to the product.

American Panel is also proud to offer the largest line of blast chillers and shock freezers on the market, HURRiCHiLL, with 37 different free-standing models and an infinite number of integral configurations. HURRiCHiLL also offers the easiest to use controls in the industry, blast chilling is complex but controlling it doesn’t have to be. The biggest addition to the HURRiCHiLL family has been designed and built with everyone in mind. From installation to user to service agent, we have features for everyone.

This blast chiller can take 220 pounds of food from 195 degrees F to 37 degrees F in less than 90 minutes, according to the maker. Features include a high-resolution, touch-screen interface that translates into more than 30 languages; a cooling fan that operates at 7 different speeds and timer that can manage up to 20 different cooking cycles. The fan stops within five seconds of the door opening.

The PBF 4.0 blast chiller/shock freezer is the first and only eco-friendly R290 blast chiller in the United States. R290 is a non-toxic, refrigerant-grade propane with a low environmental impact and virtually no global warming potential (GWP). This means it possesses no qualities that can destroy the ozone layer. It fits perfectly into a kitchen workflow with a convenient 4 or 5 pan under-counter design. This compact unit still has an output chilling capacity of 40 lbs within 90 minutes from +160 degrees F to +38 degrees F, and a freezing output of 20 lbs within 240 minutes from +160 degrees to 0 degrees F, making it the most efficient blast chiller with the largest capacity of chill/freeze within its footprint.

Randell BC Series Blast Chillers have touch-screen controls and an auto-launch cooling feature. A color-coded probe identification system ensures proper probe placement. Reach-in, work-top and undercounter models are available. The three models come standard with a front-mounted USB port for retrieving recorded data for HACCP program documentation.

Bally has two models of roll-in blast chillers, both designed to rapidly chill hot product through the danger zone of 160 to 36 degrees. The Northwind™ 500 can accommodate 20 pans or 1 rack holding up to 250 lbs., while the Northwind™ 1000 is the largest model designed to accommodate 40 pans or 2 racks holding up to 500 lbs. The most popular use today is consolidation of the chiller into a large commissary walk-in, with the chiller located in a corner. Bally’s design offers an optional rear door to allow for pass through of product into the holding cooler.

The Thermalrite Blast Chiller/Freezer utilizes a 7-inch touch control panel with programmable functions and a built-in USB interface for HACCP compliance data download. Three-inch-thick insulation protects the unit and a high-efficiency condenser helps save energy while maintaining proper temperatures.

At the end of the day throwing away food increases both your food and labor costs without increasing your profits. With Thermo-Kool blast chillers and shock freezers, food can be kept fresh for longer periods of time to permit refrigeration of items that would normally be thrown out. These savings can be very significant over time. After blast chilling, food can be safely preserved for up to five days and for months after shock freezing which enables you to increase shelf life while preserving your food quality, reducing food costs and ensuring efficiency and productivity.
