1.Why need explosion proof air condition
BKFR series explosion-proof air conditioner (hereinafter referred to as "air conditioner") is special air conditioning equipment designed for place that has or may have explosive gas of IIA-II B and T1-T4 and consisting of combustible gas, steam and air, and has cooling and dehumidification requirements. The explosion-proof air conditioner can reduce the temperature and humidity in the room where it is installed, so that people can live comfortably or store goods in such rooms.
2.How does explosion proof air condition work
The working system includes two parts.
Ø The refrigerant circulation part consists of compressor, condenser, capillary tube, tube-in-tube condenser and connecting pipe. The low-pressure refrigerant gas is sucked by the compressor, compressed into high-pressure gas, enters the condenser and emits heat, is cooled into liquid by the condenser, then is throttled into low-pressure and low-temperature gas mixture by the filter capillary tube, enters the tube-in-tube evaporator, is evaporated into gas by the evaporator, absorbs heat in the air, and returns to the compressor. The refrigerant is circulated repeatedly in the refrigeration system in the manner for refrigeration.
Ø Air circulation part
Wet air is sucked by the centrifugal fan and enters the evaporator through the air filter screen. When the surface temperature of the evaporator is lower than the dew point of the air, the air will be cooled, and sent out by the centrifugal fan, thus lowering the room temperature. The air is circulated repeatedly in the refrigeration system in the manner for cooling.
